1. The energy of the laser beam accepted by sensitizing dyes is transmitted to photo-initiator which leads to decomposition to form free radicals.
2. The free radicals with high activity are produced after oxidation of co-initiator.
3. The unsaturated compounds with double bonds in the sensitive layer are initiated by above free radicals and polymerized, which can not be dissolved in developing liquid.
